Filing and procedural requirements vary by court, agency, and jurisdiction. Masse ParaLegal Services assists with permitted procedural and administrative tasks but does not guarantee acceptance of filings or provide legal advice regarding filing strategy, legal deadlines, or procedural decisions for self-represented clients.

Services provided directly to self-represented clients are limited to permitted non-attorney administrative and procedural support and do not include legal research performed for the purpose of advising the client, legal analysis, legal strategy, or attorney representation.

For self-represented individuals, services are limited to non-attorney assistance and do not include legal advice, legal strategy, selection of defenses or arguments, or representation in court.

Administrative assistance with immigration forms and supporting documentation, including document preparation, organization, form completion based on information provided by the client, and other permitted document-related support.

Immigration document assistance does not include legal advice, determining eligibility for immigration benefits or relief, selecting forms or legal strategies on a client's behalf, or attorney representation.
