For attorney and law firm engagements, drafting is completed under the direction of the engaging attorney or firm. For self-represented clients, assistance is limited to permitted document-preparation services and does not include legal advice, legal strategy, or attorney representation.

Organized discovery and case support designed to help keep matters moving efficiently. Services may include discovery preparation and management, document review and organization, exhibit preparation, case file organization, chronology development, and coordination of case-related materials.
For attorney and law firm engagements, support may also include assistance with interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, deposition preparation, and other discovery-related assignments performed under attorney direction and supervision.

Services provided directly to self-represented clients are limited to permitted non-attorney administrative and procedural support and do not include legal research performed for the purpose of advising the client, legal analysis, legal strategy, or attorney representation.
